To improve your fitness, cycling is a great way. But it can be very boring doing it over and over again using the same stationary cycles. Why don’t you switch it up with a Spinning class? Another great way is to invest in a bike, and go everywhere using your bike. You do not need your car for shorter distances, just take the bike instead. If you have kids, get them a seat on your bike en then bring them to school if that is a possibility for you. You can also do some grocery shopping by bike. Just buy a bicycle bag to carry your groceries. The great thing is, you will be working out without even knowing it!
